Potassium perfsulfate is a white crystalline, odourless salt with the density of 2.477.It can be decomposed about 100ºC and dissolved in the water not in ethanol, and has strong oxidation.

Potassium persulfate (formula K2S2O8), also known as high potassium sulphate, potassium sulphate had two talents, potassium sulfate, disulfide eight oxygen acid potassium, is a white, tasteless crystal, soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, has the strong oxidizing, commonly used for bleaching agent, antioxidant, also can be used as a polymerization initiator, almost don't absorption of moisture, temperature stability is good, easy to store, And it has the advantages of convenience and safety. Applications involving polymerization initiator, circuit board cleaning and etching, copper aluminum surface activation, modified starch, low temperature bleaching pulp and fabric and desizing, circulating water system purification treatment, the oxidation degradation of harmful gases, the acceleration of low formaldehyde adhesive bonding, the oxidation of ethanol and aromatic hydrocarbon, disinfectants, such as hair dye bleaching.Mainly used as a disinfectant

1. Used as desizing agent and bleaching activating agent.
2. Used in oxidation degradation of harmful matters in water pool and closed recirculated water system.
3. Used as modification agent in the production of starch, also used in adhesive and coating production.
4. Used in the oxidation of branched chain, the hydroxyl oxidation of alcohol and aromatic compounds.
5. Used as one of the basic ingredients in hair dye, with decoloring action.
