Formic acid (chemical formula HCOOH, molecular formula CH2O2, molecular weight 46.03), commonly known as formic acid, is a simple carboxylic acid. A colorless, irritating liquid. The acetic acid obtained by removing a small amount of formic acid from monoacetic acid conforms to GB/T 1628-2008 industrial glacial acetic acid standard. The method is simple, low cost and high production efficiency. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: acetic anhydride is added to acetic acid containing a small amount of formic acid, and the qualified product standard of glacial acetic acid for industrial use can be obtained by reaction at 90 ~120 C for 1~8 hours. The content of formic acid is less than 0.3%. The acetic acid containing no more than 5.0% formic acid, wherein the formic acid content is preferably 0.3% - 5.0%.

Most plants photosynthesize during the day, absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen; breathe at night, absorb oxygen and release carbon dioxide. On the contrary, some plants, such as cactus, release carbon dioxide during the day and absorb carbon dioxide at night, release oxygen, so that cactus indoors at night, can supplement oxygen, conducive to sleep.


Fifthly, it should be remembered that the removal of formic acid from acetic acid by traditional process mainly adopts high tray number distillation unit to separate the two, so as to obtain products conforming to GB/T1628-2008 industrial glacial acetic acid standard. With this method, the cost of equipment investment is high, and the production efficiency is low, which is not very economical.
