Diethylene glycol: Sinopec East China's diethylene glycol spot offer was increased, Shanghai Petrochemical and Yangba executed an increase of RMB200/mt to RMB5950/mt, Yangzi and Zhenhai Refining executed an increase of RMB200/mt to RMB5900/mt.


Unit dynamics: Shanghai Petrochemical No.1 and No.2 ethylene glycol / diethylene glycol units are located in Jinshan, the old and new units have respective MEG capacity of 225,000 tons / year and 380,000 tons / year, 2 # unit maintenance is completed and running smoothly.




The upstream raw material ethylene plant capacity is 740,000 tons/year, ethylene oxide capacity is 100,000 tons/year, mostly supporting the supply of downstream alcohols and amines and table activity devices; ethylene glycol / diethylene glycol plant capacity is 320,000 tons/year.




Yangzi Petrochemical ethylene oxide and ethylene glycol plants are located in Nanjing, with 180,000 tons of upstream ethylene oxide plant and 300,000 tons/year of ethylene glycol co-production capacity.




Zhenhai old line shortage of material is planned to start maintenance next month.
