According to customs statistics: July 2022 China's acrylonitrile imports of 10,100 tons, imports of 17,270,900 U.S. dollars, with average monthly import price of 1707.72 U.S. dollars / ton, imports increased by 3.30% over the previous month, 31.21% less than the same period last year, the import amount of 47.27% down from the same period last year.

In July, the source countries (regions) of China's acrylonitrile imports were China Taiwan, Japan and South Korea in decreasing order of import volume. 0.5 million tons of acrylonitrile were imported from China Taiwan, accounting for about 49.5% of the import volume, followed by 0.36 million tons from Japan, accounting for about 35.6% of the import volume, and 0.15 million tons from South Korea, accounting for 14.9% of the import volume.

July imports of acrylonitrile enterprises registered mainly in Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province, of which Jiangsu Province imports 0.71 million tons, accounting for 70.3%, Zhejiang Province imports 0.3 million tons, accounting for 29.7%.

Exports:

According to customs statistics: In July 2022, China exported a total of 14,500 tons of acrylonitrile, with total exports of $22,048,300. The export volume decreased by 46.48% compared with June, increased by 0.76% compared with the same period last year, and the average export price decreased by 27.88% compared with the same period last year.

Exports of acrylonitrile in July were mainly sold to India and Taiwan, accounting for 82.8% and 17.2% respectively. The exporters of acrylonitrile were registered in Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Beijing, of which Shanghai exported 0.9 million tons, accounting for 62.1%, followed by Jiangsu Province with 0.3 million tons, accounting for 20.7%, and Beijing with 0.25 tons, accounting for 17.2%.
